The physicians included in this database are those who have used and are familiar with BSC products that treat male urinary incontinence. This database may not include all physicians that use or have used BSC’s products. Similarly, this database does not include all physicians who practice in the field of Prosthetic Urology. No physician has been paid or received a fee to be included in our database.

To appear above, physicians must complete a minimum of 10 procedures to initially be added to the tool, then 6 FixIncontinence Boston Scientific procedures, evaluated on a yearly basis, to stay on the tool. This can be a combination of slings and AMS 800 to equal 10 initially, then 6 continuously.

Physicians may be designated as an AMS 800 Center of Excellence if they meet the following criteria:
Clinical requirements:
- The physician must complete a minimum of 20 AMS 800 AUS implants each year. Proof of case volume will be submitted by the physician to Boston Scientific via a signed verification and completed tracking worksheet. Boston Scientific will keep this data on file.
Commitment to patient education*
- The physician’s primary practice must maintain their website with current and accurate educational information on male urinary incontinence and treatment options, including the AMS 800 Artificial Urinary Sphincter.
- The physician agrees to utilize “DRY: The Journey to Treat Male Incontinence,” a patient education and therapy awareness docuseries, through QR tear pads, posters, and/or other office collateral at all their clinic locations.
- The physician must also deliver educational programs on male urinary incontinence and treatment options three times a year.**
* At physician’s expense Once designated, Boston Scientific will provide the Center of Excellence with the following:
** Upon re-designation (annually), the physician must demonstrate they have conducted three educational programs in the prior year. A full list of eligible programs can be found on the separate eligible program list provided by your BSC representative.
